As vice president of Business Services for Iron Mountain Corporation Neal is primarily responsible for business development and government relations. Former owner of Allsafe and 20 year veteran of the information management industry, he has been an active Association member since 1989 and currently serves on the Regulatory Affairs Committee.
Neal sees the Association’s role for its members and industry as one of providing education and information. “Ensuring that PRISM provides quality education and information on new technologies is of the utmost importance to this industry. I feel that in the future, PRISM members should continue to focus on growth, but they should also rely more on imaginging technology and less on live deliveries.” If elected as a director, Neal states that he would bring, “new ideas, a strong commitment, and the support of a major company behind him.”
Strengths and skills he feels he can bring to the Board of Directors include a willingness to work, commitment, preparedness and a results-oriented attitude. As “Community Leader of the Year” for the New England Anti-Defamation League, Neal is active in several charitable organizations in his community.

Dennis Barnedt is founder and President/CEO of Access Information Management based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the past three years Access has completed 13 acquisitions, becoming a leading national records management company with Branches in the Western, Central, Eastern and Hawaii Time Zones. Access provides hard copy records management, media vault protection, secure shredding and digital solutions. Dennis has over 14 years of experience in the commercial records management industry, having held senior executive positions with First American Records Management (FARM), Iron Mountain, and Archive America, prior to founding Access in 2004. Dennis is a long-time PRISM member and member of ARMA International. He lives in Pleasanton, California with his wife Pamela and five sons.

Her experience as a professional registered nurse with over 19 years of experience as a manager, consultant and trainer have allowed her business to focus on health care as a critical vertical market. She is a member of the PRISM International Annual Conference Committee and a member of ARMA International, AHIMA, and numerous other health care associations and contingency planning groups. She is a consultant to the commercial information management industry and the health care industry on the subject of HIPAA and in 1999 she received the Sam Walton Business Leader Award sponsored by the Wal-Mart Foundation.

Glen Reid has been in the industry for over seven years and is Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at OASIS Group Ltd. Prior to this, Glen served as Finance Director for Data and Records Management and as head of corporate audit serving a multinational corporation with offices around the world. He has a Masters in Business Administration and a business studies degree from Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Glen served as Commodore of Greystones Sailing Club in 2004. He regularly contributes to the educational programs for PRISM and has an active involvement in the European conference, strategic planning, finance and leadership committees.
