NEW VERSION OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT UPLOADED TO RESOURCES AREA OF PRISM COMMUNITY:
Following several months of collaborative work a revised version of the Business Associate Agreement is available for members to reference. PRISM International would like to especially recognize Gail Bisbee for her significant contributions to completing this document. In addition, PRISM is grateful to Iron Mountain legal counsel Garry Watzke for taking the time to review and suggest improvements to the document. Even though clients who are Covered Entities under HIPAA may provide their own BAAs to PRISM members, the PRISM version provides a comparison document. This document has been loaded into the Resources section of the PRISM Community for download.
